Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Social Publisher at https://publisher.notiontech.io, operated by НоушънТек ЕООД (NotionTech EOOD), ЕИК 206980517, registered in Bulgaria. Using the service means you accept them.

What the service does

You connect your Google Drive, your Facebook Pages, your Instagram accounts and your YouTube channels. You pick files that are already in your Drive, write a caption for each destination, choose a time, and the service publishes them at that time.

It is a scheduler. It does not host your media, edit it, or store it.

Your account

Sign-in is through Google. You are responsible for your Google account and for every platform account you connect through it. Do not connect an account you are not entitled to publish to.

Your content stays yours

You keep every right in your media and your captions. Connecting Drive grants read-only access and nothing more.

You grant no licence of any kind in your content. The service moves the bytes you scheduled, to the destinations you picked, at the time you set. Your files are never copied, stored, republished, or used to train anything.

What you may not do

• publish content you do not have the right to publish
• break the terms of Facebook, Instagram or YouTube
• publish content those platforms prohibit
• send spam, or work around a platform's own posting limits
• try to reach another user's data, or interfere with the service

The platforms have their own rules

Publishing through this service does not exempt you from Meta's terms or the YouTube Terms of Service. A platform may refuse a post, remove it afterwards, or withdraw this application's access to your account. None of that is within our control.

Publishing is not guaranteed

The scheduler wakes about every thirty seconds and takes the posts that are due, so a post goes out shortly after its time rather than exactly on it.

A post can fail for reasons outside our control: a platform outage, an expired authorisation, a file you moved or deleted in Drive, or a file that breaks a platform's own limits. When that happens the failure is recorded against that destination together with the platform's own error message, and you can retry it from the Posts page.

Do not use this service where a missed or late post would cause real harm.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. There is no uptime commitment. It may change or stop at any time.

Charges

Nothing is charged for the service today. The pricing and billing screens come from the starter template this service is built on; the plans and prices shown there are the template's example data and are not on sale.

If a paid plan is introduced, these terms will be updated first and you will be told before any charge is made. Payment would then be handled by Stripe: card details would go to Stripe directly and would never be seen or stored by this service.

Liability

To the fullest extent Bulgarian law permits, НоушънТек ЕООД is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or revenue, for a post that did not publish or published late, or for what a platform does with your content or your account.

Ending it

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. That removes everything held about you; the Privacy Policy sets out exactly what, and what deletion does not reach.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or a platform's.

Law and contact

Bulgarian law governs these terms, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction.
